As a Customer Success Associate at VoltSafe, Lorraine shares her enthusiasm with customers by providing a first-class level of service. She also supports the marketing team with excellent and informative blog writing on topics from VoltSafe tech and applications to its interesting people. Lorraine loves how much VoltSafe products are making a difference in the lives of everyone from those with accessibility concerns to those who are just looking for a safer, simpler and smarter solution to connect to electricity. She loves Instagram, storytelling, spending time getting to know other people and hearing about their background, as well as volunteering with programs to help those in need. It allows her to learn about the work being performed at animal sanctuaries to save endangered species, find out where to travel to next and what street food to try when visiting other countries. Lorraine thinks Keanu Reeves would be an interesting person to have dinner with and chat about history, literature and storytelling and would most like to know what drives him to be humble and kind. She’s proud to work for a company like VoltSafe, which is developing products to make using electronics safe and easy while combating climate change through energy-efficient usage. Originally from Singapore, Lorraine noted “I’m Asian, but, I am not rich.
