Hudson’s Bay Rewards can help you get free stuff at Canada’s most iconic retailer. Consumers generally have well-established shopping habits; they like to visit the same stores to make their regular purchases. Hudson’s Bay is certainly one of Canada’s best-known companies! In fact, the company was incorporated in 1670, making it the oldest trading company in North America. With over 89 locations and an online store, Hudson’s Bay is a popular shopping destination!
To thank its customers for their loyalty, Hudson’s Bay has set up a rewards program that allows shoppers to accumulate points based on their purchases. It’s called Hudson’s Bay Rewards! Or HBC rewards for short. Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your Hudson’s Bay Rewards.
How does the Hudson’s Bay Rewards program work?
The Hudson’s Bay Rewards program allows you to earn points on every purchase you make in-store or online. It’s easy to join, just create an account on thebay.com and accept the terms and conditions. After that, you can start collecting points, track your balance online, reach higher levels, receive exclusive offers, and much more.
The program was completely transformed last September. If you were already a member, don’t worry, all your points have been transferred to the new program, you didn’t lose them!
How to earn points
By joining the Hudson’s Bay Rewards program, you earn points on all your purchases made at Hudson’s Bay stores and on thebay.com. For every dollar you spend, you earn one point. A minimum of 1,000 points must be accumulated in order to redeem them. The threshold of 1,000 points is equivalent to five dollars in rewards.
